This Penthouse was professionally remodeled in November 2008 with a stunning floor plan that was specifically designed with Vacation Rentals in mind. This location is very private and you can enjoy both the morning and afternoon sunshine from the terraces
The Massive Living room has 16 foot vaulted Ceilings and pocket doors that open up to the terrace and bring the outside living atmosphere inside. The 60 foot long terrace located off the living room overlooks the Pool and Courtyard area of Marina Sol, and the smaller back Terrace located off the Kitchen has a view of the swimming pool area of the neighboring Bahia Hotel. The Back terrace is also a great area to people watch as it overlooks the walkway leading to Cabo’s most popular Beach.
The Great Room features, a large custom made Bar with a Pool Table, Numerous Sofas and comfortable chairs as well a 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD /CD player for when it’s time to kick back and watch the Game or enjoy a Movie. The Great Room is also well set up for throwing small parties
and entertaining. Located beside the Bar is a beautiful Marble and Granite common area washroom with a full size shower.
The large Modern Kitchen features Granite counter tops , all new appliances, and is all set up for preparing a gourmet meal or we can arrange for a Private Chef to come to the Penthouse and prepare a Special meal for your group. The Propane BBQ can be used on either the front or back terrace. Dining area features a large table with seating for 8 and there is also a smaller table which can be added to seat more guests.
Master Suite #1 has a King Size Bed and a Queen Size Leather Sleeper Sofa, mini bar fridge, Flat screen TV with a Home Theater and a great stereo system. The adjoining Private Bathroom is of 5 star Quality featuring Marble and all quality finishes.
Master Suite #2 has a King Size Bed and a Queen Size sleeper Futon, mini bar fridge, Flat Screen TV
and a great Stereo System . The adjoining private bathroom is of 5 star qualities and features all Marble and Granite finishes.
Bedroom #3 has a King and a Queen Size bed, Flat Screen TV with a Home Theater and a great stereo system. The adjoining three piece private Bathroom is very nice and modern.
Bedroom # 4 has two – single beds (that can be made into a King Size bed if requested) and also has a very modern 3 piece bathroom. Bedroom #4 also has direct access to the front terrace that overlooks the Pool and Courtyard area.
Bedroom #5 has two – single beds (that can be made into a King Size bed if requested) and also has an elegant 5 star bathroom featuring all marble and granite finishes. Bedroom #5 also has direct access to the front terrace.

The rate includes your condo being cleaned for check in and also being cleaned again when you check out. Additional cleaning is available during your stay. The cost is $45.00 when additional cleaning is requested.

We stayed here in 2008 and had a great time. Location is great – close to the beach and within walking distance to downtown. The complex is nice and quiet with a great pool and a freindly staff. Clint made pesonal visits to make sure everything was in order. Having 5 bedrooms and 6 baths was outstanding!! We would defintiely stay here again and are planning out next trip. Thanks Clint!
This is a wonderful place for families or a large group vacationing in Cabo. It was ideal for us – 12 of us [a family vacation]. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen which was fully equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. All of us, but the kids especially, enjoyed swimming in the pool every afternoon. The grounds were nicely maintained. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was a 10 minute walk to Puerto Paraiso Mall and the Marina and the heart of downtown Cabo. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Medano Beach where Baja Cantina became our favorite spot. We had a wonderful time and recommend the rental.
