This seventh floor, two level, luxurious and spacious penthouse featuring 18 foot ceilings, was completely remodeled and updated with all new furnishings in October 2008. This Penthouse is our personal home away from home and we pride ourselves on having everything in good working order and sparkling clean. The first floor features a Beautiful Master Suite with a King size bed and Queen size leather sleeper sofa. There is also a large walk in closet with Hotel safe, a mini bar fridge and entertainment area, 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD / CD player that is also I pod friendly.
Master Suite #1 has a very large adjoining private bathroom which is very luxurious and has all the features and accessories of a 5 star bathroom. The lower bedroom features two single beds, (which can also be made into a King size bed for couples) Lower Bedroom also has some great furnishings and is very spacious, there is also a very large, elegant 3 piece bathroom across the hall. The spacious living room which is great for entertaining, features a 42 “ Flat Screen TV, with a top of the line Bose Home Theater stereo system DVD blue ray player, that is also MP3 and I pod friendly. Simply put this living room / entertainment area is as good as it gets and is well set up for whatever you desire from a family gathering to watching a Sporting Event or dancing and having a small party. The Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. Kitchen has a great Mexican flavor with traditional Mexican tiles and beautiful cabinets. Dining Area has seating for 8 guests and also has a wine cooler that holds both red and white wines at different temperatures.
Note** we can arrange a Chef if you would like a Catered Meal prepared in the privacy of your Penthouse.
Located off of the dining room is a Very Private Terrace that has sweeping views of Downtown Cabo and the local mountains. The Terrace also features a Propane BBQ with a Bar table and seating. The Terrace is also one of the best spots in Cabo to enjoy a Great Sunset View. The upper level features an entertainment area with a full size Pool Table, as well as a mini bar fridge and seating area. Master Suite #2 is also located on the upper level and features a Queen Size bed and a sleeper Futon. There is also a large Closet area, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a great stereo system that is I pod friendly. Master Suite #2 has an ensuite large full bathroom that is very elegant. The Upper Bedroom features two single beds, and has lots of storage space. The Upper Bedroom also has a very nice three piece private Bathroom and features a small window that opens up overlooking the Kitchen and dining area.

Nightly Rates May 1st to December 20th – $ 360.00 US per night / $ 2,300.00 weekly

Rates include your condo being cleaned for your check in and also cleaned again when you check out. Additional cleaning is available during your stay. The cost is $40.00 when this cleaning is requested.

Stayed in the Sunset Penthouse in July with my family of 4 kids and my hubby the 2 levels were nice as the kids had their own space and we had ours . WE walked everywhere and enjoyed the excercise. Penthouse is set up very well and we felt like we were in a very well maintained property , it had everything like beach towels and even a cooler we took to the beach. Clints was in his office downstairs when we checked in and he did a nice job of showing us where everything was in the Penthouse and that helped alot. we would stay again and also I would recomend to anyone going to Cabo to have breakfast at the Office Restaurant on the beach , great way to start the day and its only a one block walk from the Resort.
Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Thank you for everything Clint. Your Sunset Penthouse was everything you mentioned in your pictures, description and video; nice and roomy and very clean. Marina Sol was centrally located; close to all the activities; beach, restaurants, mall and marina. You can walk almost anywhere and if you need/want to rent a car, there are several agencies nearby. The pool was nice and big and not crowded and the bar/grill was great too. Laundry facilities were a plus. You had everything well stocked and the complementary ice-cold beer, water and maid service was a nice surprise! For an exceptionally nice dinner Edith’s is a must. Thanks again. We definitely recommend your home and plan on returning soon!

Thanks Clint…we all really enjoyed the 4 bedroom penthouse. The pool table is a great feature…all of the people at Marina Sol were very friendly from the front desk to the pool bar and restaurant. The location could not be more central to everything going in Cabo…it was great to be a stones throw from Medano Beach and all of the fun times. I will definitely recommend to all I know and can’t wait for my next visit!
